The Buckaroos Model 1200WRP insulated saddle is designed for use on 6” IPS and larger in Roller and Trapeze Hanger applications up to 1200 degrees F. It can be used outdoors due to its Water-Resistant Perlite Insulation. Meets MSS SP-58, 9.2.2 for Type 40 Shields.

The Model 1200WRP (Plated) has Perlite Insulation plus the additional structural support of a ¼” thick steel plate welded to the saddle for maximum spans in Roller Hanger applications. Always install the specified insulation thickness to insure system performance.
